Lorsque vous travaillez sur de nombreux projets et\/ou sur plusieurs \u00e0 la fois, il est indispensable de bien organiser vos fichiers de cr\u00e9ation sur votre ordinateur. Ne pas \u00eatre minutieux dans l\u2019organisation de vos fichiers ne vous a peut-\u00eatre jamais d\u00e9rang\u00e9, mais le jour o\u00f9 vous serez face \u00e0 un d\u00e9lai tr\u00e8s court et \u00e0 un projet urgent vous risquez de le regretter\u2026<\/p>\n

Vous r\u00e9aliserez combien il est parfois difficile de retrouver un fichier, qui est \u00e9ventuellement cach\u00e9 dans un dossier dont vous ne vous rappelez plus le nom. Oui, c\u2019est une situation \u00e0 laquelle beaucoup d\u2019entre nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait face\u2026<\/p>\n

Quoiqu\u2019il en soit, aujourd\u2019hui je vais vous donner des astuces pour organiser et g\u00e9rer facilement vos fichiers.<\/p>\n

1. \u00catre organis\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but<\/h2>\n

M\u00eame si vous n\u2019avez pas encore mis les mains de le projet, il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 temps d\u2019\u00eatre organis\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est de cr\u00e9er un dossier sp\u00e9cifique pour le projet en question et d\u2019ins\u00e9rer tous les fichiers que vous venez de r\u00e9ceptionner.<\/p>\n

Ne commencez pas \u00e0 reporter cette t\u00e2che, car ce sera le d\u00e9but du chaos. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. D\u00e9sencombrer votre bureau<\/h2>\n

Je parle ici du bureau de votre ordinateur, vous savez, cet espace o\u00f9 on a tendance \u00e0 y d\u00e9poser les fichiers que l\u2019on ne souhaite pas ranger.<\/p>\n

\"Bureau<\/p>\n

Le bureau de votre ordinateur doit \u00eatre le dernier endroit o\u00f9 enregistrer vos fichiers de cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n

Il ne doit contenir que les raccourcis de certains programmes, d\u2019autres fonctionnalit\u00e9s essentielles telle que la poubelle et votre super fond d\u2019\u00e9cran en haute r\u00e9solution. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Si vous insistez, vous pouvez \u00e9ventuellement stocker sur votre bureau des fichiers sur lesquels vous travaillez, mais cela doit \u00eatre temporaire.<\/p>\n

3. R\u00e9duire le nombre de dossiers<\/h2>\n

Moins vous cr\u00e9ez de dossiers pour stocker vos fichiers, plus vous serez rapide pour retrouver votre projet.<\/p>\n

\u00c9vitez de donner des noms trop sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 vos dossiers. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Vous pouvez m\u00eame aller plus loin est organisant ensuite vos fichiers par nom ou par chronologie.<\/p>\n

4. Nommer correctement vos fichiers<\/h2>\n

Version-finale.psd, nouvelle-version-finale.psd, nouvelle-seconde-version-finale.psd, etc. Je pourrai vous citer la suite, mais je pense que vous voyez o\u00f9 je veux en venir.<\/p>\n

Nous avons tous d\u00e9j\u00e0 nomm\u00e9 et re-nomm\u00e9 nos fichiers, parfois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ne plus avoir d\u2019inspiration. Rassurez-vous, cela est normal. En tant que graphiste et designer vous \u00eates amen\u00e9 \u00e0 refaire le projet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il convienne \u00e0 votre client.<\/p>\n

Dans ce genre de situation, il est essentiel de nommer vos fichiers de fa\u00e7on coh\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n

Nous sommes nombreux \u00e0 ajouter le mot \u00ab\u00a0final\u00a0\u00bb au nom du fichier, mais cela peut pr\u00eater \u00e0 confusion lorsque le projet contient plusieurs versions. O\u00f9 est la vraie version finale ?<\/p>\n

\"Nom<\/p>\n

La meilleure approche consiste \u00e0 utiliser un mot coh\u00e9rent pour d\u00e9signer le projet, et des chiffres. Par exemple logo_1, logo_2, etc.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

De cette fa\u00e7on, la derni\u00e8re version de votre travail sera facilement identifiable puisqu\u2019il s\u2019agira du fichier avec le plus grand nombre.<\/p>\n

5. Trier vos fichiers<\/h2>\n

Un projet comporte de nombreux fichiers et ces derniers n\u2019appartiennent pas tous \u00e0 la m\u00eame cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n

Vous avez par exemple des fichiers li\u00e9s :<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Aux informations donn\u00e9es par le client<\/li>\n
  • Aux ressources pour mener \u00e0 bien le projet<\/li>\n
  • \u00c0 la r\u00e9alisation \/ conception du projet<\/li>\n
  • Aux copies de production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Vous pouvez donc commencer par trier vos fichiers dans ces diff\u00e9rents types de dossiers.<\/p>\n

    Ensuite, vous pouvez approfondir et placer dans un dossier nomm\u00e9 par exemple \u00ab\u00a0Actuel\u00a0\u00bb tous les fichiers relatifs au projet lui-m\u00eame, que ce dernier soit achev\u00e9 ou en cours de r\u00e9alisation.<\/p>\n

    6. Retirer les fichiers anciens et redondants<\/h2>\n

    Si vous avez des logos ou autres projets que vos anciens clients ont rejet\u00e9s, pourquoi ne pas les supprimer ?<\/p>\n

    Nous savons tous \u00e0 quel point il est difficile de supprimer un fichier car nous avons tous cette petite voix dans notre t\u00eate qui nous dit \u00ab\u00a0Et si j\u2019en avait besoin un jour ?\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

    Sauf que ce \u00ab\u00a0un jour\u00a0\u00bb n\u2019arrive jamais… Donc osez faire le grand saut et supprimez les fichiers dont vous n\u2019avez plus besoin. Cela lib\u00e9rera de l\u2019espace pour vos autres projets.<\/p>\n

    Si cette action vous angoisse vraiment, vous pouvez transf\u00e9rer et stocker ces fichiers dans une archive avec un syst\u00e8me de datation pour faciliter le suivi.<\/p>\n

    Pour reconna\u00eetre un fichier \u00e0 supprimer ou archiver, regardez la date de la derni\u00e8re ouverture. Si elle est tr\u00e8s ancienne alors vous n\u2019en aurez certainement plus besoin.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    7. Mettre en place un syst\u00e8me de sauvegarde solide<\/h2>\n

    Perdre des fichiers et des contacts essentiels pour vos projets est sans doute la pire chose qui puisse vous arriver, surtout si vous n\u2019avez pas de syst\u00e8me de sauvegarde. Il suffit que votre ordinateur ou votre disque dur tombent en panne et c\u2019est la catastrophe.<\/p>\n

    Pour \u00e9viter une telle situation, utilisez un syst\u00e8me de sauvegarde automatis\u00e9 qui effectue r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des sauvegardes de vos donn\u00e9es sur un cloud par exemple.<\/p>\n

    Google Drive et Dropbox sont deux outils qu\u2019il est essentiel d\u2019avoir en tant que designer.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    La rigueur et l\u2019organisation sont de mises pour vous y retrouver parmi vos nombreux fichiers de cr\u00e9ation.
    \nMalgr\u00e9 toutes ces astuces, il n\u2019y a pas de r\u00e8gle v\u00e9ridique quant au nom que doit avoir un dossier ou un fichier.<\/p>\n

    L\u2019essentiel est d\u2019opter pour des noms coh\u00e9rents qui vous permettent d\u2019identifier rapidement le contenu.<\/p>\n
