Ils devront parfois trancher au cours du sprint et prendre des d\u00e9cisions (dans ce cadre, le client lui-m\u00eame ou ses repr\u00e9sentants peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 leur place dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>des ing\u00e9nieurs, pour la vision technique (la partie fabrication doit \u00eatre \u00e9voqu\u00e9e, vu que le sprint doit d\u00e9boucher sur l\u2019\u00e9laboration de prototypes)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>des designers, pour l\u2019aspect cr\u00e9atif.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le premier jour, le but est de comprendre le fonctionnement du client et d\u2019identifier sa probl\u00e9matique principale.
